Recap of the past few months

We started looking for a house in January. After looking at some resells that were in our price range we decided to revisit the new build townhouses. We decided to go with the Mozart model. 

Our townhouse has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 1 car garage. The community itself has a bunch of amenities like basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, a clubhouse with two pools. It seems like a very well kept community with a lot of people our age.

We have been approved for a conventional loan and hopefully the interest rates stay low until we sign!

Just signed the papers and going to put the SOLD sticker on the community map.

Surprise celebratory dessert the nearby restaurant we went to after signing the papers gave us.

We came back the next weekend to put the Under Contract sign on our spot!
