Laminate flooring in the laundry room and probably very similar color in the hall bathroom.

Beige carpet throughout all the floors. The basement is a slightly darker beige with upgraded padding.

Upgraded Fairfield Maple Spice cabinets in both full bathrooms with nickle hardware. Owner's bathroom will have upgraded floor tiles (bottom right) and shower tiles with the glass accent tiles.
